Rave + Release Online

For one evening only, we're bringing our popular Rave + Release sessions online!

Rave + Release is a guided ecstatic movement session designed to help women release stress and tension through music, movement, and community. It's a holistic wellness practice that takes us out of our mind and into our bodies, releasing any emotion stored in our bodies and supporting our lymphatic and nervous systems, as well as providing cardiovascular benefits. There is no choreography, mirrors, judgement, or expectations. No rules, you move however your body wants to move.

What does the session look like?

You’ll be welcomed into a closed, women-only online space where:

- You'll be guided throughout the session from start to finish

- We'll move from grounding, to warm up, to free-form dance release and then a closing circle
