The Raver Girlies was born from a desire for freedom. Freedom of expression, freedom in our bodies, and freedom from the expectations that quietly shape how women are taught to move through the world.

At its heart, The Raver Girlies is a community for women who are tired of shrinking themselves - emotionally, physically, or energetically - to fit boxes they never chose. It’s for women who want to feel more connected to themselves, supported by others, and free to express who they are without judgement, comparison, or performance.
I’m Sabrina, the founder and facilitator of The Raver Girlies. Dance has always been my most natural form of expression - long before I understood it as a healing practice.
During a period of burnout and deep personal unlearning, I reconnected with how powerful free movement had always been for me. I realised there were very few spaces where women could simply move, release, and be together without choreography, pressure, or expectation.
Rave + Release was created to fill that gap.

What started with dance grew into something bigger. The Raver Girlies now offers Rave + Release sessions, community experiences, and online spaces that support emotional expression, self-trust, and unlearning the ‘shoulds’ placed on women. This includes in-person sessions, community gatherings, reflective practices, and ongoing connection through social content and our newsletter.

Our mission is simple: to help women reconnect with themselves and each other. We do this by creating safe, welcoming spaces where you can move your body freely, release what you’ve been holding in, and remember who you are beneath expectations, timelines, and external noise.

This is a space to feel, to move, to soften, and to strengthen - together. It's lovely to have you here.

Love always,
