Booking Policy

​1. Booking a Session

  • All sessions must be booked in advance via our website.

  • Your booking is confirmed once payment is received.

2. Cancellations

  • You may cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the session for a full refund.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable.

3. Rescheduling

  • Sessions cannot be rescheduled. If you need to reschedule, you must cancel the booking you have made and book a new session at the next available time.

  • In the case that you miss a session or fail to attend, the booking fee is non-refundable. Please plan to attend or cancel at least 48 hours in advance to receive a refund.

4. Attendance & Safety

  • Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may miss part of the session, and refunds cannot be issued for late arrival.

  • All participants attend at their own risk. Sessions involve movement and physical activity.

5. Health & Consent

  • By booking, you confirm that you are physically, mentally and emotionally able to participate in the session.

  • You understand that Rave + Release is a wellness and emotional release experience, not therapy, and facilitators are not medical or mental health professionals.

  • Please see the Health Disclaimer for more information before booking.

6. Refunds

  • Refunds are only given for cancellations made according to this policy.​

  • Refunds are processed to your original method of payment and may take up to 7–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or provider.​
