Booking Policy
​1. Booking a Session

All sessions must be booked in advance via our website.

Your booking is confirmed once payment is received.
2. Cancellations

You may cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the session for a full refund.

Cancellations within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable.
3. Rescheduling

Sessions cannot be rescheduled. If you need to reschedule, you must cancel the booking you have made and book a new session at the next available time.

In the case that you miss a session or fail to attend, the booking fee is non-refundable. Please plan to attend or cancel at least 48 hours in advance to receive a refund.
4. Attendance & Safety

Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may miss part of the session, and refunds cannot be issued for late arrival.

All participants attend at their own risk. Sessions involve movement and physical activity.
5. Health & Consent

By booking, you confirm that you are physically, mentally and emotionally able to participate in the session.

You understand that Rave + Release is a wellness and emotional release experience, not therapy, and facilitators are not medical or mental health professionals.

6. Refunds

Refunds are only given for cancellations made according to this policy.​

Refunds are processed to your original method of payment and may take up to 7–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or provider.​
